Every morning on their way to school a woman and her daughter drive by our house and slow to a stop in front of our mailbox. They are looking at the freesia flowers. I happened to be out there one morning and the woman rolled down her window and said that the other day she had picked one for her daughter so she could see what a freesia smells like and now everyday they just stop and look for a second. I think it's all very sweet. I'm so glad they took a flower to smell it and come by every morning. Seeing them is a nice way to start the morning.
