Grateful Friday

Rocky
-Making blueberry muffins with the kids this morning
-Rocky's many adorable expressions. When he sticks out his little lip like this my heart melts
-Finding a Pipi Longstockings movie at the library yesterday. I can't wait to watch it
-Standing in our backyard at 4am with John trying to find a big meteor shower that was supposed to be happening. We didn't see anything but it was nice feeling the cool air and hearing the silence and seeing the bright stars
-Sabra winning on "So you think you can dance" last night. I really really really love that show
-Dinner with new friends on Wednesday night. Our kids are the same age and they hit it off
-Jacks cute new short haircut
-Looking forward to camping in Yosemite in a couple weeks

Whew, it's amazing that no matter how ungrateful I'm feeling when I sit down to write this list I always can think of things I'm grateful for. I'm feeling a bit lonely and overwhelmed with the kids lately. We've been running around a lot, so maybe that has something to do with it. Today we are staying home all day, watching movies, doing puzzles and eating blueberry muffins.

Oh man Heather, Rocky is so adorable and that lip, oh yeah, that lip!

your life sounds very rich, but i guess we all have our down times. yosemite sounds amazing and all i can think it how are they going to do it? will you go with other people, where do you stay and did you make a rezy a year in advance?

happy weekend. based on how i'm feeling think i need to do a grateful friday post. throw up and poop clean up duty all night leaves one very bleary on a friday in the gray cubicle trying to stay awake.

Hi Heather.

I'm relocated and have been away from your blog for a while. Great pics as always.

I wish I was your neighbour, I'd come over and keep you company for a while.

Hugs to you.
