John was off on Monday so we took the kids fishing for the first time. We found a great spot on the Lafeyette resevoir. It was fun but supper windy and the kids of course got bored pretty quickly. But we had lots of snacks and I caught a tiny fish that we threw back. A nice ranger came by and showed us who to weave willows in to a crown or braclett for the kids so that was cool.
On Saturday my mom came down and we hung out all day and the went and saw Alison Krauss at the Berkeley Greek Theater that night. We loved every minute of it. She was fantastic. Her voice is perfect, my love of bluegrass has been refreshed. It was a fun weekend.
