Yellow

Thought some pretty yellow's would bright up my blog today. Parenthood is kicking my butt these days. I'm wondering how my mom did it with 3 young ones with very little help. Last night was torture. I considered driving myself to the emergency room half the night because my head hurt so much. I know it's from being tired and stressed. Rocky has been sick and crying almost constantly, it's wearing on my sanity a bit. I hope the little guy is feeling better today.

On a pleasant note, I found this pretty yellow table cloth at the thrift store the other day and made it into curtains for our kitchen. I'm in love with them.

And from our garden, this stunning yellow rose, I love how the edges are all rippely. I've said it before, but it really is such a treat to see all the flowers blooming for the first time. We don't know what's planted here so it's a nice surprise to sit in our yard and see new little flowers on a bush about to bloom. Wishing you all a happy day.

I love the yellow and the curtains! Hang in there, it DOES get easier. I am having a screamy morning with the baby too, nothing gets me going quite as quickly as baby screams. There will be better days! :)

Thank you for giving me a glimpse of spring with the beautiful yellow flower. We unexpectedly got 8" of snow yesterday and it's winter all over again. I just raked out my garden last weekend and enjoyed seeing the tulips and crocuses popping up!
