Meet Max, he's my sister Heidi's friend, he's a nice guy, lots I could write about him, but Heidi might just kill me if I did, so let's talk about Minty. Minty is the little green pony sitting in Max's hat. She is Stella's little friend (as if you couldn't guess that). Minty is precious to Stella, a treasure, her love. Minty is very small, and we loose Minty every day. For some reason this little pony likes to run off and hide, a lot. Daily I hear Stella crying out "where's Minty?", always in a slightly panicked whine. I've crawled halfway under beds to get Minty, dumped an entire toy box on the bedroom floor to find Minty. I've risked dying in a fiery crash, one hand on the steering wheel, the other blindly searching for Minty on the floorboard of the cars backseat after Stella has dropped Minty. One day I have a feeling Minty will run off in the middle of the night to be with her other little pony friends, until then she has a special place in all of our hearts because she has a special place in Stella's heart.

That's so funny--Minty was the name of the first "My Little Pony" I ever had when I was about 5--she is bigger than Stella's minty with a white mane and tail that you can brush.Then I gave all of them to my friend after awhile. A couple of years ago she gave them back to me (after 25+ years!). Now I have Minty back--Isabella plays with them. If you ever have a Minty crisis Stella can have my Minty.
hilarious! i can especially relate to the dangers I put us all in by searching for items as we drive...right now that something seems to be the pacifier that Camille likes to toss around and then freak out because she wants it again.

Great photo and Minty is an important little pony in this house as well but not so important that my girl wouldn't pass her along should your Minty really go MIA. (=
My little girls love Minty too. Have you seen the dvd A Very Minty Christmas? Very cute except you are destined to go around your house saying...
"Minty! Minty! Minty!"
"I know! I know! I know!"
