Merry Christmas everyone, we've been busy over here. On Friday my mom Graduated from Sacramento State University with a double major in Ethnic studies and woman's studies. She has worked very hard over the last few years and it was such a joy to see her walk across that stage, Heidi and I were teary eyed and so proud as her name was called.
Friday night the kids and I made some cookies for a Christmas party we went to. My friend Lorissa shared a quick and easy recipe for making cookies. Take any cake mix in a box, add 1/4 cup oil, 2 eggs and bake at 350 for 8 minutes, take them out smash them down with a spatula and put them back in for 4 minutes. They are yummy.
Rocky turned 1 month old on Saturday. I absolutely can not believe a month has gone by already. He is a sleepy little guy, sweet as anything. Merry Christmas everyone.
