This is a sunset at Serene Lakes near Truckee. We spent our vacation here and it was really amazing. We were sitting on the shore watching the sun set while John and his uncle Joe were out in a canoe fishing. Lots of geese and mama and baby ducks swam up to us. Soon the bat's came out and we watched them swooping around catching mosquito's.

I was part of interviewing potential photographers last week and they had lots of photos of sunsets to show off...they've got nothin' on your pic. Now THAT'S a sunset photo - magnificent!!!
