This is the Bay Bridge. It's one of the bridges that lead into San Francisco. There are lots of bridges around here. I did not realize how many until I moved to the bay area. I love bridges I love the excitement of crossing them. I love looking out over the water at the boats, and the slight uneasiness I feel from the height. I especially love the Bay Bridge because off to your right you can see San Francisco waiting for you. When we moved here John and I wrote a list of stuff we wanted to do. One of them was to walk across the Golden Gate bridge. I don't know if we'll get to it this summer, but next for sure, I'm looking forward to it.

I like bridges too. When we were in NYC, we walked across the Brooklyn Bridge and it was beautiful.
Heather, this photo is amazing! I love it, it tells a story and it looks old... beautiful. I hate driving over the bridges here, I'm always afraid of being on one during an earthquake...
